How to Return an Item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets our return conditions. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Wait for Approval: Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Ship Your Return: After approval, you will receive further instructions, including the return address and requirements.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive items such as bikinis, lingerie, and underwear are non-returnable.

Returns are made within the 90-day window from the date of receipt.

A Track & Trace code is provided for all returned items. Without this, we cannot track the shipment, and your refund will not be processed.

The customer bears full responsibility for the return shipment, including potential customs holds or lost packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

If you have not received your refund within 30 days, we advise you to first check your bank account. If issues persist, contact our customer service team.
Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China, with shipping costs starting at €20.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Unapproved returns or returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages.

Returns that do not follow the required procedure will be denied and not refunded.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been placed, it enters our processing system immediately to ensure quick dispatch. For this reason, we are unable to cancel orders once they are being prepared for shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@harrisonandhayes.co.uk as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, cancellations are not guaranteed once the fulfillment process has started.

Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
